ATCO Power is a Canadian company that as a stake in two stations operating on Australia's east coast - Osborne Cogeneration and Bulwer Island.

Given its role, ATCO does not liaise directly with NEMMCO in the schedule and dispatch of either plant, and so has not had the need to invest large sums of money in an infoserver replica and accompanying 3rd party data viewing tools.
