EnergyAustralia is one of Australia's largest electricity retailers with over 1.6 million customers in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. EnergyAustralia recently celebrated 100 years in electricity. Their current operations include infrastructure management and electricity purchasing and supply.

EnergyAustralia's trading team uses NEM-Watch to assist them in real-time analysis of the wholesale electricity market. NEM-Watch also helps EnergyAustralia's top executives to keep an eye on the market. As well as personal copies of NEM-Watch, EnergyAustralia projects NEM-Watch onto a big screen in it's trading room.
