Santos

Santos is Australia's largest domestic gas producer, supplying sales gas to all mainland Australian states and territories, ethane to Sydney, and oil and liquids to domestic and international customers.

The Cooper Basin, which Santos and its joint venture partners have developed, is Australia's largest onshore resources project.

Santos supplies gas from the Cooper Basin to generators in South Australia (and further afield). Santos uses NEM-Watch to watch the electricity market - especially during peak summer times - to understand the stresses on the market at any given point in time (particularly in South Australia, which has the highest percentage of energy supplied by gas of any NEM region).
